Cut 3 banners of the length and width you desire. Do a little stamping, a little embellishing, a little adhering. Done!

paper: Basic Black, Smoky Slate, Whisper White card stock;
Polka Dot Parade designer series paper*
ink: Basic Black, Whisper White, Daffodil Delight, Smoky Slate
extras: Gingham Garden Washi tape*, Neutrals Candy Dots, stampin' dimensionals
Hint: take things up a notch by heat embossing the "smile" in White Embossing Powder.
