WALK IN THE WILD
Allergies and a sinus infection have really slowed me down; but I wanted to make a card for Father's Day for my husband. Periodically I ask my husband to go through my catalog and tell me stamps sets he would like for us to have in the craft room. "Walk in the Wild" is one of those new this year. I like the simple layout and masculine colors and textures of my card; but as I look at it again now it seems to lack something, maybe an Antique Brad. Well, Lou was quite pleased with it just as is, and isn't that what really matters.
other supplies: Gumball Green, Whisper White, Early Espresso card stock; Epic Day Designer Series Paper; 7/8" Cotton and Early Espresso 1/4" Stitched Grosgrain ribbons; Early Espresso stamp pad; Gumball Green Calypso Coral, Crushed Curry markers; dimensionals
Hint: Create the grassy background using Versamrk pad and "Inspried by Nature" (retired), or draw the random lines freehand using a Sahara Sand marker. Use both ends to create both thick and thin blades.
Happy Monday! Happy Stampin'
