Hi Stampers,
Thanks for stopping by.
Have been feeling under the weather lately, but a good day of stamping always helps.
Here's today's share:
On the simple side, but I like how quickly it went together using Orchard Harvest designer series paper; En Francais and Loving Thoughts stamp sets; 1" Square, Postage Stamp and Elegant Butterfly punches; 3 Pearls, and a dimensional; and Crumb Cake, Whisper White and Early Espresso card stock. I think next time I will sponge the squares in Crumb Cake ink -- or --WAIT, new thought! -- use First Edition specialty designer series paper. Yes! back to the crafting table.
Have a great day, and may all your thoughts be loving ones.
Trish

SERENE SILHOUETTES
Hi Stampers,
Thanks for stopping by.
I love the simplicity of today's card and the quietness and peace it conveys.
To make this card you will need:
stamp sets: Serene Silhouettes, Loving Thoughts
card stock: Crumb Cake, Early Espresso, Very Vanilla
ink pads: Early Espresso, Crumb Cake
ribbon: Crumb Cake 3/8" Taffeta
The background rectangles of color were created by using a "B" clear block as a stamp, inked lightly with Crumb Cake.
Wishing you a serene day.
Trish

PINK for TODAY
Thanks for stopping by.
It's time for another "pink is for National Breast Cancer Awareness Month" card.
I had so much fun making this card and hope you will give it a try. To make it, you will need:
card stock ink pads
Pretty in Pink (card base and doily) Pretty in Pink
Whisper White (mat and sentiment) Wisteria Wonder
Wisteria Wonder (mat) Lucky Limeade
Basic Black
tools stamp set
XL Oval Punch Lovely & Lacy
Lg Doily Sizzlit die
Big Shot ribbon
brayer 5/8" White Organza
Special Hints:
1. After die cutting the doily, use your paper snips to trim off the outer ring for just the perfect size for this card.
2. Customize your ribbon by inking up your brayer and wheeling over your ribbon, The more ink applied the deeper the shading. Here I used Pretty in Pink.
I love making note cards like this. Just add your own personal message inside and pop it into the mail for so many different kinds of occasions -- or no occasion at all. (smile)
I also love hearing your feedback. If you are viewing this in your email, you will come to my blog. To do that, just click on today's title at the top of this post. Then scroll down to the comments box below my blog post for today. Hope to hear from you soon and often.
Until the next time, Keep on Stampin'!

Hi Stampers,
Email and social networking sites are wonderful in many ways; they provide quick and direct contact with people, usually inexpensively. I love the fact that I can share my cards etc and never have to leave my craft room. However, they do come with a price.
Recently USPS announced the need to reduce the number of hours of operation for many of their post offices (particularly in rural areas). This is in large part due to the reduce volume of stamped mail being sent through the system. Reduced hours means reduced income and benefits - pretty tough in an economy that is still struggling.
While an email/FB greeting is nice and shows someone was thinking of you, there is nothing that beats a personal note or card received the old-fashioned way. And something handmade makes it that much more special. It doesn't even have to be a holiday or birthday to let someone know you care. And at only $.45 a card, our postal rates remain the absolute cheapest in the world!
Here's my share for today:
This fun card was created by my friend and downline Ashley. It's quick and easy, and totally stylish!
To make one like it, you will need:
stamp set: Artistic Etchings, Loving Thoughts
card stock: Whisper White, Gumball Green, Midnight Muse, Summer Starfruit
ink: Midnight Muse, Summer Starfruit.
The 1-1/4"" white squares are matted on colored 1-1/2" squares.
See QUICK and EASY!
So now, let's get stamping and crafting and getting something into the mail today. It certainly brighten some one's life, and may even save a job or two.
Until the next time, keep on stampin'
